  1. Age Requirement. Faberta is open only to individuals who have reached the age of 19. By accessing any page or launching any title, you represent that you satisfy this threshold. Persons under 19 are not permitted to interact with the platform in any capacity.
  2. Nature of the Platform. Faberta operates as a free social arcade platform. Every title hosted here runs in demonstration mode and is offered at zero cost. No real currency changes hands at any point. Scores, tokens, and other in-title indicators are cosmetic only and carry no tangible worth.
