Data Policy

What We Collect and Why

Faberta is built around the principle of minimal data handling. Because the platform requires no accounts, passwords, or personal profiles, we never ask you to identify yourself. The only information gathered is non-personal and collected automatically: approximate geographic region, screen dimensions, browser type, and aggregated page-view statistics.

This information serves one purpose: keeping the platform reliable. We use it to detect rendering issues across devices, monitor uptime, and improve navigation flow. None of this data is sold, leased, or shared with any external party for promotional reasons.

Cookies and Tracking

Faberta places a limited number of functional cookies on your device to maintain session continuity and store basic preferences such as language. We do not deploy advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, or fingerprinting scripts. You are free to clear or block cookies through your browser at any time; doing so may affect certain visual preferences but will not prevent you from using the platform.

Third-Party Titles and Data Retention

Certain titles on Faberta are supplied by independent studios. These titles may embed their own performance-monitoring scripts within the title frame. Any data captured by those scripts falls under the respective studio's privacy documentation, and Faberta bears no responsibility for their practices.

Aggregated analytics retained by Faberta are kept for a maximum of ninety days, after which they are purged automatically. We do not maintain long-term visitor profiles or historical browsing records.

Age Restriction, Your Rights, and Contact

Faberta is restricted to visitors aged 19 and above. We do not knowingly collect any information from individuals under this age. If we become aware that a person under 19 has accessed the platform, any data associated with that visit will be deleted without delay.

You may request a copy of any data linked to your visit, ask for corrections, or demand its removal at any time. Simply reach out through our contact page and we will act on your request without unnecessary verification steps.

This Data Policy may be revised as the platform evolves. Material updates will be reflected by a new revision date on this page. Continued use of Faberta after a change takes effect indicates your acceptance of the updated policy. For any questions, please visit our contact page.
